Access to Tyenna River closed in places due to tree removal, 6 & 7 December

Norske Skog advises that access to the Tyenna River near Tyenna Road will be closed on Thursday 6th and Friday 7th December and access to the Humboldt River will also be closed on Friday 7th December. Lake Barrington and Brushy Lagoon receive salmon

Lake Barrington and Brushy Lagoon each received 360 Atlantic salmon this week (13 and 14 November 2012). The salmon averaged 3 kg in weight and were donated by Springfield Fisheries. Anglers are reminded that there is a five fish bag limit on these waters with no more that two fish over 600 mm in length.
