Gunns Marsh Road blocked at Cowpaddock Bay
A large tree has fallen across Gunns Marsh Road at Cowpaddock Bay blocking access to the northern end of Cowpaddock Bay, Tumbledown and the track to Gunns and Little lakes. Contractors will clear the road early in the week commencing 18/12/17.
Temporary Anglers Access closure
Due to tree harvesting operations the access through forest plantation at Longridge Road on the Meander River will be closed until further notice. Please observe the no access signs until the area is reopened.
Inland Fisheries Law Enforcement
Officers from the Inland Fisheries Service (IFS), Tasmania Police and the Parks and Wildlife Service (PWS) conducted searches of nine residential properties and vehicles in the North West of the State. Meadowbank Lake stocked with big salmon
594 Atlantic salmon were stocked into Meadowbank Lake this afternoon averaging 6 kg. Thanks goes to Tassal Operations Pty Ltd for donating the fish.
