During July to September the carp fishing effort continued. We set nets around transmitter fish and on known carp structures like rocky reefs in deep water.

For the first time since 2009, we did not catch any carp between July and September.

Looking ahead to this season, we hope to catch the few remaining carp in spring and early summer. If all goes to plan, we are considering a limited opening of Lake Sorell for March/April 2019.
