Maintenance work has commenced on the Spillway Bay boat ramp at Dee Lagoon. Funded by Marine and Safety Tasmania and authorised by Hydro Tasmania the work includes removal of submerged logs from the vicinity of the boat ramps, installation of foot wire on the timber landing and an increased parking and turning area. Works should be completed early in the new year. In the interim there is no obstruction to using the facility over the Christmas –new year period.
