The Inland Fisheries Service (IFS) extends its sincere thanks to the exhibitors, angling clubs, community organisations and small businesses who helped make Trout Weekend 2026 such a successful event.

To the thousands of people who came through the gates over the weekend, thank you for your support. We hope you enjoyed the activities, displays and the opportunity to celebrate Tasmania’s trout fishery.

It was fantastic to see so many people proudly wearing their Trout Weekend 2026 beanies, and we’re excited to see the entries start rolling in for the Trout Weekend 2026 Photo Competition.

Thank you for being part of another great Trout Weekend. We look forward to seeing you again next year!
