An exciting new role is now available at the Inland Fisheries Service!

As Manager (Recreational Fisheries), you’ll provide specialist advice and operational support in the management of Tasmania’s inland recreational fishery.

The successful candidate will:

• Manage the human, physical, and financial resources of the Recreational Fisheries Team.
• Liaise with members of the public, community groups, recreational anglers, angling clubs, water managers, and government agencies.
• Develop and publish public communication materials related to the management of recreational fisheries.
• Manage fisheries related assets and infrastructure.

This is a permanent position based in Hobart or New Norfolk (to be negotiated).
