We are pleased to say that Guildford Road has dried out and is now open to two wheel drives.  Please drive with care.

Anglers please note that Guildford Road is the only legal access to Talbots Lagoon. Many GPS units show a different route to Talbots Lagoon, this route shown is via private forestry roads. Access by any route other than Guildford Road is not allowed. Offenders risk injury or prosecution.

When you reach the lagoon the gate on Guildford Road it is sometimes open for work reasons. Do not go past the gate as you will be locked in.  Please park in the designated areas and walk the 200m to the lagoon.

Anglers are also reminded that motorised boating is not allowed on Talbots Lagoon. Recently a motor boat was seen on the lagoon. The owner has cautioned by Fisheries Officers.
