Anglers access maintenance and improvements on northern rivers

The installation of new signage and stiles is part of the ongoing maintenance of Anger Access projects

During the closed season IFS staff have taken the opportunity to inspect, maintain and improve anglers access on northern rivers including the Lake, Macquarie, Meander and Leven and Brumbys Creek. Works included installation of a new footbridge downstream from Woolmers Bridge, upgrades to electric fence insulators, weed slashing and a 2 km extension to access downstream from Westwood Road Bridge on the Meander River including the installation of three new stiles.
