The lake level at Huntsman Lake has shot up quickly over the past week on the back of significant rainfall. As a result we wish to advise that the boat ramp and jetty are again operational.

Huntsman Lake provides an outstanding early season option for fishing.

Highlights include tailing fish along the south western shore, and lure casting around the key inflows on the southern edge of the lake.

Don't forget there are also two tagged fish at large in the lake worth $5,000 each as part of our 2025-26 Tagged Trout Promotion.
