The Inland Fisheries Service (IFS) is hosting a freshwater angling forum in Miena at the Great Lake Community Centre, on 23 January 2026 (4:00 pm to 7:00 pm).

The forum is an opportunity to have a chat about trout fishing in Tasmania, hear about the work being undertaken by the IFS and have your questions answered.  

Following each forum, attendees will have a chance to meet and chat with the IFS staff. 

Representatives from Anglers Alliance Tasmania will also be in attendance.

Light refreshments and food will be provided.
