Craigbourne has had a lot of salmon stocked this year, so there are plenty available.

Thanks to a donation by Tassal the IFS stocked Atlantic salmon into two southern fisheries yesterday (11 October 2012). Craigbourne Dam and Meadowbank Lake each received 600 salmon that averaged 2.5 kg. he majority of these fish are males and should provide good sport for anglers over the next month. Remember for both these waters there is a five fish bag limit with no more than two fish over 600 mm.
