Background

Emerging from Wellington Falls on the side of Mount Wellington this river flows south east to meet North West Bay at Margate. This stream is drawn upon for water supply upstream leaving the lower reaches with inconsistent flows. A large head of small brown trout can be found here. All methods permitted.
