On Sunday 30 October Anglers Alliance Tasmania is co-ordinating a free State-wide Junior Anglers Day. Anyone 17 years and under is invited to come along and find out what this trout fishing is all about.

Whether you’ve done it before, or you’re trying it for the first time, this day is a great chance to hang out with friends and family, practise or learn skills and receive some tips from experienced anglers.

We’ve been helping Angler’s Alliance out by stocking the waters with some fish. Angler’s Alliance will have bait and some fishing gear available on the day.  And there will be giveaways and soft drinks.

All you need to do is come along on Sunday 30 October between 10am and 3pm to one of the following venues:

Northwest
