Come and see the chefs from Wildside at cooking demonstrations this weekend at Liawenee

Ever been stuck for a way to cook trout? Come along to Trout Weekend 2015 (at Liawenee on 16 & 17 May ) to discover (and taste!) some delicious ways to prepare your catch.

Chefs from Wildside Kitchen at Tarraleah Lodge will be demonstrating how to whip up:

  • Trout risotto
  • Baked trout, fennel apple horseradish slaw
  • Pan cooked Vietnamese trout
  • Potted smoked trout

Recipe demonstrations will happen at 11am, 12 noon, 1pm and 2pm each day (one dish per session). Following each demonstration there will be free tastings for 30 people. To secure your tasting, pick up a free ticket from IFS staff at the entrance to Trout Weekend.
